Vegan Whipped Coffee

Chances are you have been seeing the whipped coffee trend all over the internet.
If you love coffee (and maybe even if you don’t), you probably felt the immediate want to try it as I did!

When I first saw somebody post it in a group on Facebook I couldn’t believe how delicious it looked.

I HAD to try it.

You have the creamy coffee whip on the top and milk of your choice on the bottom. If warmed, it all melts together so perfectly like a dream.

And, it is so customizable. There is so much you can do with this drink.

Kind of coffee, milk choice, flavorings, toppings, hot/iced, etc.

Of course I make mine vegan and that is the recipe I have for you here.

It is a bit more work than simply making a quick cup in your Keurig, but if you have the time and want something a bit more extra, this is perfect.

It is still very easy so don’t worry!

Are you ready to try it?

Vegan Whipped Coffee

  • Instant coffee
  • Sugar (May use coconut sugar too)
  • Hot water
  • Milk (I recommend coconut, almond, or oat)

1. Get equal parts of instant coffee, sugar, and hot water and place in a good mixing bowl.
2. Using either a whisk by hand or a small mixer, mix/whip the mixture until it is frothy and well, whipped nicely.
3. When you have it at a good consistency, it is done.
4. Pour milk of your choice into a cup, add any flavoring you want, (I definitely prefer coconut always!) and either warm or keep cold (optional ice).
5. Arrange the coffee whip on top to your liking and there you have it!

The whip itself is pretty strong, so keep that in mind~

During all this time indoors I have been experimenting a lot with new recipes and ideas.
