Vegan Tropical Sunshine Smoothie

If you need a little sunshine in your morning or day, that is also so good for you, this little beauty can be perfect.

Whether it is to start your day or a pick me up, this refreshing smoothie is amazing.

Made in my Ninja blender; using the smaller size cup

I recently started loving mango just last year and its been a favorite ever since!

At first I started with nice cream, and then moved to making these smoothies.
(I will post some nice cream recipes too soon!)

Refresh and enjoy this little bit of paradise.

Vegan Tropical Sunshine Smoothie

  • Frozen pineapple
  • Frozen mango
  • Frozen banana (if desired)
  • Coconut milk
  1. Put the fruit in your desired amounts into the cup (I usually do 1/3 pineapple to 2/3 mango. Sometimes I’ll add a little bit of banana)
  2. Add enough coconut milk that will make the consistency you like
  3. Blend and enjoy!
